This is something we’ve probably all said a time or two.

Even if you have a job, it may not cover everything you need, leaving you to find other ways to make a quick buck.

It happens.

That’s why I enjoy putting together helpful posts about making money quickly in ways you may not have thought of, so that you’ll always have some ideas to use when you need it.

There are ways to win 10 dollars online, but they’re not the most foolproof.

Much like the lottery, winning money online is something that may happen if you’re lucky, but it isn’t anything you can count on.

Instead, I want to teach you how to make $5 or $10 yourself, so you’ll know for sure it’s coming your way, and you don’t waste time trying to win something that may never happen.

Want to Earn Quick PayPal Money Online? Here’s How to Do It

Looking for a quick way to make 10 bucks?

This is it!

It’s a site called QuickRewards.

If you’ve heard of sites like InboxDollars (review) and Swagbucks (review), you may have also heard of this one. They’re all reward sites that help you make cash online by doing fun things that you probably do anyway.

QuickRewards is a site I’ve been a member of for a while, and it continues to be at the top of my list because of how many tasks it has available for cash.

When a site has several money-making things to do, it’s that much easier to make money.

The reason I’m focusing on QuickRewards for this post is because the site makes it simple for you to make a quick $5 or more online when you have some time to spare.

I’m going to walk you through the process of earning money fast here, so the next time you’re in need of cash, you’ll know exactly what to do.

Joining QuickRewards

You must be at least 18 years old and from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom to join.

Once you head to QuickRewards, click the Join Now button.

From there, you’ll fill out a quick registration form and choose the programs you want to sign up with.

The programs will each send different emails based on your preferences.

The Shop and Save program will send you emails about cash back offers, the Paid for Your Opinions program sends information about paid surveys, and the Earn Cash Online program gives you money-making tasks like paid emails and website visits.

You can sign up for one, two, or all three. Just remember that the more you sign up for, the more emails you’ll get every day.

It might be smart to have a dedicated email address just for QuickRewards, or for all your survey and reward sites, so they don’t clutter your regular inbox.

You’ll need to confirm your email address once you sign up to make sure they go to the right place.

How QuickRewards Works

Once you’re signed up and have confirmed your email address, you can begin earning on the site.

I suggest taking a look around before you jump in.

QuickRewards may have a lot to do, but it’s also not one of the easiest sites to navigate. It has a lot of clutter and tons of links, so get yourself familiar with it all first.

You can also read the Beginners Guide, which you’ll find on the left side of your screen.

This guide is a full tutorial on using the site and getting paid for your time.

QuickRewards partners with several brands to bring you tasks that make you money.

Think of it like a buffer between you and advertisers.

Brands pay QuickRewards to advertise things to you in a way that’s fun.

You might need to watch videos from advertisers or ads, or they may want more clicks to their website and pay QuickRewards to have its members do it.

The site gets the money from its partners and passes some of that money onto you whenever you do a task.

QuickRewards also has paid surveys like most other GPT sites. These surveys come from brands who need opinions about their products or services.

Again, you’ll get paid for helping out!

Check out the homepage first when you log onto QuickRewards.

The What’s New? section is helpful for finding any new offers, surveys, and other tasks that have made their way onto the site.

If you’re a daily user, this is a good way to always find the new stuff you haven’t done yet.

What Can I Do to Make Money Fast?

Now, let’s cut to the chase.

I know you’re here because you want to make money online fast without going through a bunch of hoops.

So, I’m doing a quick walkthrough with some of the best ways to make money quickly on QuickRewards.

1.     Offer Portals

The Offer Portals section is where advertisers pay for members to sign up with them or purchase something.

Several offers are 100% free, meaning you don’t have to pay anything to get paid!

These will be offers that ask you to sign up for a mailing list, download coupons, viewing websites, or complete a quick survey, usually. They may take about 10 to 15 minutes at the most, and they’ll pay in QuickPoints.

There are also some trial offers. These consist of signing up for a trial for a service and getting QuickPoints for doing so.

You can’t quickly cancel the trial, though, or you won’t get paid.

Be sure to read the instructions thoroughly, so you’ll know when it’s okay to cancel your trial if you decide to.

Other offers are paid offers that require you to pay for a product or service to get points added to your account, kind of like cash back.

These are great to do when you’re going to buy something anyway, but I’d suggest staying away from them if not.

Fill out as many of the free and trial offers as you can to get points added to your account quickly.

2.     Signups

This section is one you can find in the Earn To section.

It’s similar to offers, except that it lists a bunch of things you just need to sign up for to get paid. They could be free, trial, or paid, so be sure to read them thoroughly.

There are a lot of high-paying offers here. For example, a current one for me is signing up for the Nielsen computer panel for $5!

3.     Shopping

Click the Shopping tab at the top of the homepage to see all the available cash back shopping offers.

Although you shouldn’t use these if you don’t need to buy something online, I definitely suggest checking them out if you do plan to!

QuickRewards partners with several online retailers. When you shop with one of them, you can get cash back to your account based on the dollar amount of your purchase.

Most offer between 1% and 3%, but some are even higher at 5% or more.

4.     Daily Checklist

If you’re going to be visiting QuickRewards each day, then I suggest checking the Daily Checklist while you’re there.

This area gives you things to do every day to get a bonus, which pays in tokens (I’ll get into the payments in a moment).

Some days, you may not be able to complete everything on the list, but other days will have tasks you planned to complete anyway, so it’s worth it to double check.

5.     Download Coupons

Coupons.com is a partner of QuickRewards.

When you download and redeem coupons through Coupons.com after clicking through from the QuickRewards site, you’ll get paid.

There’s no limit as to how many you can redeem each month, and QuickRewards pays $0.05 for each one!

Even if you only use 20 of them at your next shopping trip, that’s an easy $1 you made for your account.

How Payments Work

Payments aren’t quite as straightforward on QuickRewards as they are on other GPT sites because the site pays in both tokens and QuickPoints.

You get 50 QuickPoints just for joining and completing your profile.

QuickPoints are what most tasks on the site pay in, and these are what you can use to redeem for PayPal cash or gift cards.

The site offers several gift cards, like Amazon, Disney, Best Buy, and various restaurant options.

Depending on the one you choose, the redemption amounts will be different. For example, Applebee’s cards require $10 in points, while Amazon requires only $5.

Or, choose PayPal cash!

Each point on QuickRewards equals 1 cent ($0.01). There is NO minimum payment here, so you can request PayPal cash with as little as 1 cent in your account!

Click on Redeem at the top of the screen, then on PayPal, and type in how many of your points you’d like to redeem.

You may have to wait up to 48 hours to get a payment, but they usually come even quicker than that.

Tokens are used in a different way on the site.

Some tasks pay in tokens, like watching videos and completing the Daily Checklist.

You can use the tokens to buy other things, like magazine subscriptions or movie tickets. You’ll find the available prizes in the Redeem section too.

They won’t necessarily help you get cash like you can with points, but they still help you get free stuff!

QuickRewards is an excellent site for making quick money online because of its wide range of tasks it offers.

It’s almost impossible to run out of things to do there!

If you’re looking for more ways to make money quickly, I also suggest trying Swagbucks.

It’s another GPT site that’s very comparable to QuickRewards because it also has PayPal as a payment option (which you can get with a minimum of 300 points, or $3!) and tons of fun tasks available every day.

Use both sites together and watch your free money stack up!
